Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel CC Caviar Weekend Bag?
A: The bag measures 50 cm wide, 27 cm high and 20 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 17 cm.

Q: Is this bag suitable for a weekend away?
A: Its dimensions make it a practical option for a short break, with potential space for folded clothing, toiletries and everyday essentials. How much fits depends on your packing style and the size of your belongings. Avoid overfilling it to help preserve its shape.

Q: Can I use this bag as cabin luggage?
A: Compare its measurements of 50 × 27 × 20 cm with your airline’s allowance for your specific ticket before travelling. Cabin baggage acceptance is not guaranteed, and you should account for the handles and any bulging when packed.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is rated Very Good Condition overall. The exterior shows light traces of use. The interior is rated very good but has torn lining in one corner, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please take the lining damage into account when assessing the item.

Q: Does this bag come with a shoulder strap?
A: A shoulder strap is not listed in the product information, and no strap measurement is provided. The listed handle measurement is 17 cm. If shoulder carrying is important to you, please ask for confirmation before purchasing.

Q: What accessories are included?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. A dust bag, box and authenticity card are not listed, so please do not assume they are included.

Q: What is the serial number of this bag?
A: The recorded serial number is 8468477. A serial number alone should not be treated as proof of authenticity or an exact manufacturing date.

Q: What colour is the bag, and where was it made?
A: This bag is black, and its country-of-origin label states France.

Q: How should I clean and store this Chanel weekend bag?
A: Gently remove surface dust with a soft cloth. Avoid cleaning products that could alter the finish, and keep the bag away from prolonged sunlight and moisture. Store it upright in a protective pouch, with light tissue-paper support to help maintain its shape. For the torn corner lining, seek advice from a specialist rather than attempting a home repair.

Q: Can I carry this bag in the rain?
A: It is best to protect it from rain rather than treat it as waterproof. Chanel advises avoiding prolonged moisture exposure. If it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth.
