Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel Wallet On Chain?
A: This bag measures approximately 19 cm wide, 13 cm high and 4 cm deep. The listed strap measurement is 63 cm.

Q: What can fit inside this bag?
A: The Wallet On Chain is designed for a light selection of essentials, such as cards, cash, a small set of keys and a lipstick. A phone may also fit, depending on its dimensions and case. The measurements are external, so they do not guarantee usable interior space; avoid overfilling or forcing the flap closed.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: The Chanel Wallet On Chain style is designed for shoulder or crossbody wear. How it sits will depend on your height and build. This item's listed strap measurement is 63 cm, so consider that measurement when assessing your preferred fit.

Q: What colour and finish does this bag have?
A: This is the Classic Wallet On Chain in black with a glossy patent finish. Patent leather has a shiny surface coating, but it still requires careful handling and should not be treated as scratch-proof.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is graded Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition details.

Q: When was this Chanel Wallet On Chain made?
A: The product information dates this bag to approximately 2012–2013 and lists a masked serial number beginning with 17. This identifies a production period rather than an exact manufacturing date.

Q: What is included with the bag?
A: The product information lists a box, an authenticity card and a serial number tag. A dust bag is not listed, so it should not be assumed to be included.

Q: How should I clean and care for the patent finish?
A: Gently wipe the surface with a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or products that could alter the finish, and protect the bag from prolonged sunlight and moisture. If it gets wet, carefully absorb the water with a non-pilling cloth. For persistent marks, seek advice from Chanel or a specialist rather than attempting aggressive cleaning.

Q: How should I store this bag?
A: Store it upright in a protective pouch, away from prolonged sunlight and moisture. Wrap the chain in tissue paper to prevent direct contact with the bag's surface, and avoid compressing or overfilling the bag so that it retains its shape.
