Q: What typically fits inside this bag?
A: The Mirada Bag is well suited to daily essentials such as a phone, small wallet, keys, sunglasses, cosmetics and other small personal items. It is not designed for larger items such as a laptop or bulky documents, so we recommend checking the measurements on this page if you need to compare it with something specific.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: The detachable strap measures approximately 50 cm, which is generally more suited to shoulder wear than a long crossbody fit. The exact fit can vary depending on height and styling preference.

Q: What material is the bag made from?
A: This bag is crafted in Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis patent leather in a burgundy Amarante tone, finished with gold-tone hardware and burgundy textile lining. Vernis leather is known for its glossy, embossed Monogram finish and structured appearance.

Q: How should I care for Monogram Vernis leather?
A: Vernis leather should be handled with care to preserve its shine. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, moisture and dark or heavily dyed fabrics such as denim, which may cause colour transfer. For day-to-day care, gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and store it in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Q: Is colour transfer a concern with Vernis leather?
A: Yes, colour transfer is one of the most common concerns with Vernis leather. Dark clothing, magazines and other dyed materials can sometimes leave marks on the glossy surface, so it is best to avoid friction against strongly coloured items and to store the bag carefully.

Q: What is the interior layout like?
A: The bag has a burgundy textile-lined interior with one internal slip pocket, offering simple organisation for smaller essentials. It closes with a push-lock flap closure for a polished and secure finish.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: This bag is listed in very good condition. The exterior shows minor marks, the interior has light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. As this is a vintage item, light signs of wear are normal and part of its character.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: According to the product information, this bag was made in France.
