Q: What are the measurements of this Chanel Classic Medium Double Flap Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 25 cm wide × 15 cm high × 6.5 cm deep.

Q: What typically fits inside the medium size?
A: The Medium Classic Double Flap generally accommodates a phone, cardholder or compact purse, keys and a few small essentials such as lipstick. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings, and the inner flap reduces the usable space. Avoid overfilling or forcing the flap closed.

Q: Can I wear this bag crossbody?
A: The Medium Classic Flap is primarily suited to shoulder wear. Crossbody wear may be possible, but it can sit high on the torso and depends on your height, build and clothing. The listed strap measurement is 40 cm; compare this with a bag you already find comfortable before deciding.

Q: What does double flap mean?
A: Double flap refers to the outer flap and a second inner flap covering the main compartment. This provides an additional layer over your belongings, although it also takes up some interior space.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is in very good condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside the condition description for a closer look.

Q: When was this bag made?
A: The product information lists the masked serial number as 26****** and dates this bag to 2018–2019. The serial number alone should not be treated as proof of authenticity.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: The listed colour is navy, and the country of origin is France.

Q: Is this bag made from lambskin or caviar leather?
A: The material is not specified in the product information supplied for this item. Please contact A Retro Tale to confirm the material before purchasing if you have a particular preference.

Q: Does it come with a box, dust bag or authenticity card?
A: No accompanying accessories are confirmed in the product information. Please contact A Retro Tale to confirm what is included rather than assuming a box, dust bag or authenticity card comes with the bag.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Avoid overfilling it and prolonged exposure to sunlight, heat or moisture. Use a soft cloth for gentle surface care and avoid cleaning products that could damage the finish. If it gets wet, gently blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in a suitable protective pouch, with tissue paper protecting the chain from marking the surface. Seek material-specific advice before applying any treatment.
