Q: What size is this Chanel Ultimate Stitch Flap Bag?
A: This piece is listed as a medium size. Its approximate measurements are 31 cm wide, 17 cm high and 5 cm deep, so it offers a slim, elongated silhouette that works well for everyday essentials.

Q: What fits inside this bag?
A: With its medium format and 31 cm width, it is best suited to daily essentials such as a phone, card holder or wallet, keys, sunglasses and a few small personal items. As it is only 5 cm deep, bulkier items may be a tight fit. Please refer to the measurements on this page for the best indication of capacity.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: The strap drop is approximately 29 cm doubled and 53 cm single, which means it can usually be worn comfortably on the shoulder and, for many people, as a crossbody when worn on the longer setting. The exact fit will depend on height and styling preference.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: This item includes a serial number tag. Everything included is listed under the product information section; if an item such as a dust bag, box or authenticity card is not listed there, it is not included.

Q: What does the serial number tell me?
A: The serial number is noted as 15 series, which corresponds to 2011. For Chanel collectors, the serial details are one of several useful reference points when assessing period and production era.

Q: What is the condition of this bag?
A: The overall condition is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has a red mark on one of the corners, the interior has a minor stain inside the front pocket, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: According to the product data, this bag was made in Italy.

Q: How should I care for and store a vintage Chanel flap bag?
A: Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Keep it lightly stuffed to help maintain its shape, avoid overfilling, and wipe it gently with a soft dry cloth after use. For pre-owned pieces, careful storage and light handling will help preserve both the structure and the finish over time.
