A: This is the Small variant, measuring approximately 27 cm wide × 13 cm high × 4 cm deep. The listed strap measurement is 52 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, this slim bag is best suited to compact essentials such as a phone, cardholder, keys and lipstick rather than bulky items. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings; compare your phone and wallet with the measurements before purchasing.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: It is listed as a shoulder bag, with a strap measurement of 52 cm. Crossbody suitability is not confirmed for this particular item. If crossbody wear is important to you, please ask for confirmation of the strap drop and fit before purchasing.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has light marks and scratches throughout the material, while the interior shows light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does this bag come with its key and dust bag?
A: Yes. The product information lists a dust bag, key and clochette as included. A box is not listed.

Q: What is the clochette?
A: The clochette is the small key holder associated with the Padlock design. This item includes both a key and a clochette, as stated in the product information.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: The listed product colour is blue, and the country of origin is Italy. Please review the product photographs for the precise colour placement and appearance.

Q: How should I clean this Gucci GG Supreme bag?
A: Gucci recommends gently wiping bags with a soft, dry cloth after use. For GG Supreme sections, use a soft, lightly dampened cloth; wipe any leather sections with a soft, dry, non-abrasive cloth. Avoid cleaning sprays and protective products, which may alter the finish or cause stains.

Q: How should I store the bag and protect it from rain?
A: Store it in its dust bag without placing other items on top. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, rain and rough surfaces. If it gets wet, gently dry it straight away with a soft cloth.
