Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, purse, keys and a small cosmetics pouch. Actual capacity depends on the interior layout and the size of your belongings; the measurements are not a guarantee of usable internal space.

Q: Will this handbag fit a laptop?
A: Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this item. Compare your device and its protective sleeve with the bag’s 30 × 30 × 10 cm measurements, and ask for confirmation of the internal space and opening before purchasing it for laptop use.

Q: Does this Convoyeur come with a shoulder strap?

Q: What leather is this Convoyeur made from?

Q: How should I care for and store this handbag?
A: Keep it away from rain, oils, prolonged direct sunlight and heat. Store it without crushing or overfilling it, using tissue paper to help support its shape. Hermès advises against commercial care products for its leather goods and recommends consulting its after-sales service for cleaning or treatment.
