Q: What are the measurements of this Louis Vuitton Epi Speedy 25?
A: This bag measures approximately 25 cm wide, 20 cm high and 15 cm deep, with a handle drop of 10 cm.

Q: What can fit inside the Speedy 25?
A: Its compact everyday size should accommodate essentials such as a phone, purse, keys and a small cosmetics pouch. The exact fit depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them; use this bag’s listed measurements as your guide.

Q: What is Epi leather, and what colour is this bag?
A: Epi is Louis Vuitton’s embossed leather with a distinctive horizontal, wave-like texture. It is known for its structured feel and durable finish. This particular bag is brown.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or cross-body?
A: This bag is intended to be carried by its top handles, either in the hand or in the crook of the arm. Its handle drop is approximately 10 cm, and no shoulder or cross-body strap is included.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor signs of wear on the handles and scuffed corners. The interior is also very good, with light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box, padlock or keys?
A: No accessories are included with this item, as stated in the product information. This means a dust bag, box, padlock and keys are not included.

Q: What does the code SP0965 mean, and where was this bag made?
A: The listed code SP0965 follows Louis Vuitton’s date-code format used from 1990 to 2006 and indicates September 1995. The product information confirms that this bag was made in France. A date code is not a unique serial number and does not prove authenticity on its own.

Q: Is Epi leather waterproof or scratch-proof?
A: No. Although Epi leather has a durable, textured finish, it can still suffer scratches, scuffs and moisture damage. Avoid abrasive surfaces and prolonged exposure to rain. The condition description for this particular bag notes scuffed corners.

Q: How should I clean and store this vintage Epi Speedy?
A: Gently remove surface dirt with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water, without soaking the leather. Avoid commercial cleaners, oils, perfumes and alcohol-based products such as hand sanitiser. Store the bag away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity, and avoid compressing it to help preserve its shape.
