Q: What material and colour is this Louis Vuitton Artsy MM?
A: This Artsy MM is the Monogram Empreinte version, featuring leather embossed with Louis Vuitton’s signature Monogram pattern rather than printed coated canvas. This particular bag is navy.

Q: What are the measurements of this bag?
A: This bag measures 49 cm wide, 30 cm high and 18 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 20 cm. These are the measurements for this specific pre-owned piece.

Q: What can I fit inside the Artsy MM?
A: Its generous dimensions make it a practical option for everyday essentials such as a purse, phone, keys, sunglasses and a small toiletry pouch, with room for additional items depending on how you pack. Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this piece, so compare your device and its protective sleeve with the listed measurements before purchasing.

Q: Can the Artsy MM be worn on the shoulder or cross-body?
A: The Artsy MM is designed for hand, arm or shoulder carry using its single looped leather handle. It is not a cross-body design, and no separate shoulder strap is listed in the product information. Shoulder comfort will depend on your build, clothing and how much you carry.

Q: Does the Artsy MM have a zipped closure or interior pockets?
A: The Artsy MM has an open-top design rather than a full zipped closure. The model features interior slip pockets and a zipped pocket for organising smaller belongings. Keep valuable items in the zipped pocket rather than loose in the main compartment.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This piece is graded Good Condition. The exterior has scuffing and wear on the corners, while the interior shows light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Review the product photographs alongside these condition details before purchasing.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: A bag charm is listed in the product information. A dust bag, box and authenticity card are not listed as included; please contact A Retro Tale if you need confirmation of the accompanying items.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin recorded for this specific bag is Spain. Its listed serial number is CA1132.

Q: How should I care for Monogram Empreinte leather?
A: Avoid abrasive surfaces, prolonged sunlight, direct heat, moisture and contact with cosmetics, perfume, oils or alcohol-based products such as hand sanitiser. If the surface becomes wet, gently blot it with a soft, lint-free, light-coloured absorbent cloth. Do not use soap or solvents. Store the bag in a protective pouch when not in use; a pouch is not listed as included with this piece.
