Q: What typically fits inside this bag?
A: With its structured tote shape, it is well suited to essentials such as a purse, phone, keys, sunglasses, cosmetics, and a small notebook or compact tablet. As laptop sizes vary, we recommend comparing your item’s dimensions with the product information before purchasing.

Q: Does this bag come with a shoulder strap?
A: No shoulder strap is listed for this specific item. It is presented with top handles, so please rely on the product information for what is included with this exact bag.

Q: What accessories are included with this item?
A: This bag includes a dust bag. If an accessory is not listed in the product information, it should be assumed not to be included.

Q: How should I care for a Prada leather tote bag?
A: Prada generally recommends gentle care: wipe the leather with a soft, dry cloth, avoid harsh cleaning products, and store the bag in its dust bag in a well-ventilated place away from heat and damp. For more significant cleaning or repairs, specialist professional care is usually the safest option for luxury leather bags.

Q: Is this bag authentic?
A: Yes. At A Retro Tale, every item is carefully checked for authenticity by experts before being offered for sale. For pre-owned Prada bags, authentication commonly involves reviewing materials, logo details, hardware, construction, interior details, and overall craftsmanship.
