Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel Mini Rectangular bag?
A: This bag measures 20 cm wide, 13 cm high and 6.5 cm deep. Its compact rectangular shape makes it suited to carrying a small selection of essentials.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: A Mini Rectangular is generally suited to a phone, a slim cardholder, keys and a lipstick, depending on their size and how you arrange them. Compare your phone, including its case, with the listed dimensions before purchasing, as the usable interior is smaller than the exterior measurements. Avoid overfilling the bag or forcing the flap closed.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: The Mini Rectangular style is commonly worn crossbody or on the shoulder. This item's listed strap measurement is 58 cm. Where it sits will depend on your height, proportions and clothing, so check the product information and photographs when assessing the fit.

Q: Is this a single-flap or double-flap bag?
A: This is a Single Flap model in the Mini Rectangular size. It has one main flap rather than the additional inner flap found on double-flap models.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This item is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has light marks and scratches throughout the material, while the interior shows light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the photographs alongside these condition details before purchasing.

Q: What comes with this bag?
A: The product information lists a dust bag, serial number tag and authenticity card. A box is not listed among the included items.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The supplied country-of-origin information identifies this bag as made in France.

Q: How should I care for and store this Chanel bag?
A: Avoid overfilling it and protect it from prolonged exposure to sunlight, humidity and contact with contrasting colours that could transfer. Store it upright in its dust bag, with tissue paper protecting the straps or chain from pressing against the bag. As the material is not specified in the product information, seek material-specific advice from a Chanel boutique before applying cleaning products or treatments.
