ChanelCC Patent Flap Bag

Q: What colour and finish is this Chanel CC Patent Flap Bag?
A: This bag is black with a glossy patent finish. The product information lists France as its country of origin.

Q: What are the bag’s dimensions?
A: It measures 22 cm wide, 17 cm high and 8 cm deep. These measurements are useful for judging its size against a bag you already own.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate a selection of small essentials, such as a phone, cardholder, keys and lipstick. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and the interior layout; avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: This item is listed as a shoulder bag, with a strap measurement of 33 cm. The product information does not specify whether this is the strap length or drop, so crossbody suitability cannot be confirmed from that measurement alone.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has light marks and scratches throughout the material, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does the bag include a box, dust bag or authenticity card?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed as included, so please do not assume they accompany this item.

Q: What is this bag’s serial number?
A: The recorded serial number is 4877385. A serial number alone should not be treated as proof of authenticity, and the product information does not confirm an exact production year.

Q: Is patent leather resistant to scratches and colour transfer?
A: Despite its glossy coating, patent leather is delicate and can develop marks or absorb transferred dye. Avoid prolonged contact with other coloured materials and excessive sunlight. This particular bag already has light marks and scratches, as noted in its condition description.

Q: How should I clean the patent finish?
A: Gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth. Avoid cleaning or conditioning products that could alter the finish, and keep makeup, perfume and other chemicals away from the bag. If it gets wet, carefully dab it dry with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth without rubbing. For stains or changes to the finish, seek specialist advice rather than trying household remedies.

Q: How should I store this bag?
A: Store it upright in a protective pouch, away from prolonged sunlight and moisture. Lightly fill it with tissue paper to support its shape, and wrap the strap in tissue paper to help prevent impressions on the exterior. A storage pouch is not listed as included with this item.
