Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel CC Wallet On Chain Bag?
A: This bag measures 19 cm wide, 13 cm high and 4 cm deep. The listed strap measurement is 60 cm.

Q: What can fit inside a Chanel Wallet On Chain?
A: The Wallet On Chain is designed for a small selection of essentials, such as cards, a phone, lipstick and a few keys. Actual capacity depends on the size of your items, particularly your phone case and key fob. The external measurements do not represent usable interior space, so avoid assuming that every phone will fit or forcing the bag closed.

Q: Can the Chanel Wallet On Chain be worn crossbody?
A: The Wallet On Chain style is generally suitable for shoulder or crossbody wear. How this particular bag sits will depend on your height, build and clothing. Its listed strap measurement is 60 cm; contact us if you need confirmation of the strap drop or total length before purchasing.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is rated Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. It is not described as new or unworn.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box or authenticity card?
A: The product information lists a dust bag and a serial number tag as included. A box and a separate authenticity card are not listed. A serial number tag should not be assumed to be an authenticity card.

Q: What colour is this Chanel Wallet On Chain?
A: This particular bag is black. The hardware colour and material are not specified in the product data, so please contact us if you would like those details confirmed.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin listed for this particular Chanel CC Wallet On Chain Bag is France.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Avoid overfilling it and protect it from prolonged sunlight, moisture and heat. Use a soft cloth for gentle surface care and avoid cleaning products that could alter the finish. If it gets wet, gently blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in its dust bag, with tissue paper protecting the chain from direct contact with the bag’s surface.
