Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel Classic Wallet On Chain Bag?
A: This bag measures 19 cm wide × 12 cm high × 4 cm deep. The listed strap measurement is 63 cm.

Q: What typically fits inside a Chanel Wallet On Chain?
A: The Wallet On Chain is designed for travelling light, typically accommodating cards, cash, a suitable-sized phone, slim keys and a lipstick. Space is limited, so bulky keyrings, a separate wallet or a sunglasses case may leave little room for other essentials. Avoid overfilling the bag or forcing the flap closed.

Q: Will my phone fit inside this bag?
A: Phone fit depends on the handset, its case and what else you carry. Compare your phone's measurements with the bag's external dimensions of 19 × 12 × 4 cm, allowing for the smaller usable interior and the flap opening. These measurements alone do not guarantee a fit, particularly with a bulky case.

Q: Can the Chanel Wallet On Chain be worn crossbody or as a clutch?
A: The Classic Wallet On Chain can generally be worn crossbody or over the shoulder, or carried as a clutch with the chain tucked inside. How it sits depends on your height and build. This item's listed strap measurement is 63 cm; tucking the chain inside will reduce the space available for belongings.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor rubbing on the corners and wear on the leather strap. The interior shows light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: When was this bag made, and where does it originate?
A: The product information dates the masked serial number 26****** to 2018–2019. The country of origin is listed as France.

Q: What accessories are included with this bag?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed, so please do not assume they are included.

Q: What colour is this Chanel Classic Wallet On Chain?
A: This bag is listed as pink. Its appearance may vary slightly with lighting and screen settings, so review the product photographs for a clearer impression of the shade.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Handle it gently and avoid overfilling it. For storage, lightly support its shape with tissue paper and wrap the chain before placing it inside to help prevent marks on the exterior. Avoid chemical-based cleaners on the hardware. As the exact leather type is not specified in the product information, seek material-specific advice before applying any leather-care product.
