Q: What are the dimensions of this Christian Dior Call'in phone holder bag?
A: This bag measures 18 cm in height, 11 cm in width and 2 cm in depth. Its slim proportions make it a compact alternative to a larger handbag.

Q: Will my phone fit inside?
A: The Call'in is designed as a phone holder, but compatibility depends on your phone's dimensions and the thickness of its case. Compare these with the bag's listed measurements of 18 × 11 × 2 cm, allowing extra room for the lining and opening. These are overall bag measurements, not guaranteed usable interior dimensions.

Q: How can I carry this bag?
A: It has a top handle and a shoulder strap, offering handheld and shoulder-carry options. The listed handle measurement is 8 cm and the strap measurement is 60 cm. Crossbody positioning will depend on your height and preferred fit; the product information does not confirm whether the strap is adjustable.

Q: What colour and finish does this bag have?
A: This piece is red with a glossy patent finish and Dior's distinctive Cannage quilted pattern. The combination gives the compact phone holder a recognisable Dior look.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. It is not described as new or unworn.

Q: Does it come with a box, dust bag or authenticity card?
A: No additional accessories are included, as stated in the product information. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are therefore not included with this piece.

Q: How should I care for the patent finish?
A: Gently remove dust and fingerprints with a soft, clean cloth. Avoid abrasive rubbing, harsh chemicals and prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight. Store it separately from surfaces that could transfer colour, ideally in a breathable protective bag purchased separately. For stains or damage, seek advice from a leather-care specialist rather than attempting aggressive cleaning.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin listed in the product information is Italy.
