Q: What typically fits inside the Speedy 35?

It typically fits daily essentials such as a wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses, cosmetics pouch and water bottle, with extra room for items like a small tablet, diary or light cardigan depending on how you organise it. Please refer to the measurements on this page for the best size reference.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?

Q: Is the Speedy 35 better for everyday use or travel?
A: It can work for both. Many people choose the Speedy 35 when they want more space than the smaller Speedy sizes, making it a strong option for daily essentials, commuting or short trips. Whether it feels right for everyday use depends on how much you usually carry and your preferred bag size.

Q: What material is this bag made from?
A: This bag features Damier Ebene canvas with brown leather trim, brass hardware and a red canvas lining. Damier Ebene is especially popular because it is durable, structured and generally easy to wear day to day.

Q: How should I care for Damier Ebene canvas and the leather trim?
A: To help preserve the bag, avoid overfilling it, rubbing it against rough surfaces, and exposing it to prolonged moisture, heat or direct sunlight. If needed, wipe the canvas gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and store the bag in a dust bag when not in use. It is best to avoid harsh cleaning products.

Q: What does the date code RI2112 indicate?
A: Louis Vuitton date codes are commonly used to indicate where and when a bag was produced. The code RI2112 corresponds to production in France in the 21st week of 2012. As always, a date code alone is not the only factor used in authentication.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: This item includes the pieces listed in the product information: dust bag, padlock and key.

Q: What is the condition of this bag?
A: The overall condition is rated Very Good, with light traces of use to the exterior and interior. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches, which is consistent with careful prior wear.
