Q: What size is this Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM?
A: This is the MM, the medium-sized Neverfull. This particular bag measures 32 cm wide × 29 cm high × 16 cm deep, according to the product information.

Q: Is the Monogram Neverfull MM made entirely from leather?
A: No. The classic Monogram Neverfull MM has a coated canvas body with natural cowhide leather handles and trim. The leather can develop a darker amber patina over time.

Q: Can I carry the bag on my shoulder?
A: Yes. The Neverfull MM's twin handles are designed for shoulder or arm carry. Fit over thicker clothing will depend on your build and the garment. A separate shoulder strap is not listed in the product information.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop and everyday essentials?
A: The MM is a roomy everyday tote for items such as a phone, wallet, keys and small pouches. A compact laptop may also fit, but laptop fit has not been confirmed for this particular bag. Compare your device and sleeve dimensions with the listed bag measurements, allowing for less usable space inside.

Q: Does the Neverfull MM have a zipped top?
A: The classic Neverfull MM has an open top with a hook closure rather than a full-length zip. The hook brings the sides together but does not completely seal the opening.

Q: What are the side laces for?
A: The side laces allow you to cinch the tote for a narrower silhouette or loosen it for a more open shape and easier access to the interior.

Please note that the majority of our items are vintage and therefore have tales to tell unless stated otherwise. Therefore, please look at pictures, descriptions and measurements provided as they give you the best idea of the story this item has to tell.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has scuffing on the corners and wear on the handles. The interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Is the Monogram Neverfull MM made entirely from leather?

Q: Does this bag include a removable pouch or dust bag?
A: A dust bag is included. A removable pouch is not listed in the product information, so you should not assume one is included. Please refer to the product information for the confirmed inclusions.

Q: How should I clean and care for this bag?
A: Gently clean the coated canvas with a soft, damp cloth and slightly soapy water, keeping moisture away from the natural leather trim. Avoid solvents, alcohol-based products, oils and leather lotions. If the leather gets wet, blot it promptly with a light-coloured, lint-free absorbent cloth. Keep the bag away from prolonged sunlight, heat and humidity, and store it in its dust bag when not in use.
