OmegaLady-Constellation Quadrella 19mm ca 2014 Watch

Q: What defines the Omega Lady‑Constellation Quadrella 19mm Ref. 1584.79.00?
A: It is a refined ladies’ Constellation with a rectangular, tonneau‑style stainless steel case and bracelet. This example features a white mother‑of‑pearl dial with Roman numerals and multi‑coloured gemstone hour markers, protected by a domed sapphire crystal. The case measures 25.3 x 19.3 mm (19 mm wide), and it secures with a deployant clasp. Circa 2014 and made in Switzerland.

Q: Is it quartz or automatic, and which calibre does it use?
A: This reference is powered by a Swiss quartz movement, the Omega calibre 1376. Quartz offers excellent accuracy and low maintenance compared with mechanical movements.

Q: Does it have a scratch‑resistant crystal?
A: Yes. It is fitted with a domed, scratch‑resistant sapphire crystal with anti‑reflective treatment on the inside, providing clear legibility and excellent durability for daily wear.

Q: Is the watch water‑resistant?
A: The model was originally rated to 30 metres. As with all vintage and pre‑owned pieces, current water resistance cannot be guaranteed without a recent pressure test. We recommend treating it as splash‑resistant only and avoiding swimming, showering, or full submersion.

Q: What is the size and wrist fit?
A: The case is 25.3 x 19.3 mm, offering an elegant, jewellery‑like presence. This specific piece is sized to fit a wrist of up to 16 cm. The bracelet can be shortened by removing links; please note no extra links are included with this listing.

Q: How do I set the time?
A: Gently pull the crown out to its setting position and rotate to set the hands. This reference is time‑only (no date), making operation straightforward. Push the crown back in firmly after setting.

Q: What is the condition of this watch?
A: It is graded Very Good, showing light traces of use. There are surface scratches on the case, case back and bracelet consistent with careful wear; please review the photos to appreciate its vintage character.

Q: What is included with the purchase?
A: This item is sold as “no accessories,” meaning it does not come with the original box or papers. It is fully authenticated by A Retro Tale, securely packaged, and accompanied by our 12‑month movement warranty for peace of mind.

Q: How often does the battery need replacing, and what service is advisable?
A: Typical battery life for Omega quartz movements is around 3–5 years. Many owners choose proactive battery changes about every 2 years alongside gasket checks and a pressure test to maintain water‑resistance integrity. Full servicing is only needed if performance issues arise.

Q: Can the bracelet be adjusted or swapped for a strap?
A: The steel bracelet can be sized by removing links. Swapping to leather is possible on some Quadrella variants with the correct Omega strap and end fittings; consult a professional watchmaker to ensure compatibility with this specific case and lugs.
