Dimensions & Specifications

Bracelet perimeter

Fits a 16,5cm wrist or smaller

Case diameter

Q: What size is the watch?
A: The case diameter is 29 mm, giving it a compact profile. Check this measurement against a watch you already wear to help judge your preferred fit.

Q: What wrist size will the bracelet fit?
A: The bracelet fits a wrist measuring 16.5 cm or smaller. If your wrist is larger, the listed bracelet fit will not accommodate it. For a smaller wrist, ask a watchmaker to assess any adjustment needed.

Please note that the majority of our items are vintage and therefore have tales to tell unless stated otherwise. Therefore, please look at pictures, descriptions and measurements provided as they give you the best idea of the story this item has to tell.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

SHIPPING

All orders are insured and trackable. Once your shipment has been issued, a link to our Track & Trace service will be provided where you can track your shipment and check delivery status online.

We ship all orders from Sweden, and when importing to Canada your order may be subject to import duties and sales tax, which will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier.

These charges are typically collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery and are not included in the product price.

Please note that all return shipments to A Retro Tale must be traceable. Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return is completed and your refund is processed. Return shipping costs will be covered by A Retro Tale, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be completed from the return shipping date as shipping time might vary depending on shipping country and shipping provider.

Q: Is this TAG Heuer Professional watch quartz or automatic?
A: This watch has a battery-powered quartz movement, rather than an automatic movement. It does not need winding or a watch winder.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned watch in?
A: The watch is in very good condition overall. Its exterior shows light traces of use, its internal condition is rated very good, and the hardware is shiny with light scratches. These condition ratings do not confirm a recent service or pressure test.

Q: Does the watch come with a box, papers or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included with this watch. Please refer to the product information for confirmation of what is supplied; a box or papers should not be expected.

Q: How often will the battery need replacing?
A: TAG Heuer advises that a new quartz-watch battery typically lasts two to three years, depending on the watch. The battery replacement date and remaining battery life for this piece are not specified. Have a depleted battery replaced promptly by an authorised service centre, which can also check the seals and water resistance.

Q: Can I wear this watch while swimming or showering?
A: Its current water resistance and pressure-test status are not specified in the product information. Do not assume a pre-owned watch remains water-resistant, as seals can deteriorate over time. Keep it out of water unless an authorised service centre has confirmed its suitability, and avoid wearing it in the shower.

Q: How should I clean and care for this watch?
A: Gently wipe the case and bracelet with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid immersion while its water resistance is unconfirmed, and keep it away from detergents, perfume, strong magnets and extreme temperatures. Let creams and perfume dry on your skin before putting it on.

Q: What is the reference number, and when was the watch made?
A: The listed reference number is S94.015, and its country of origin is Switzerland. The production year is not specified, so an exact date cannot be confirmed from the product information.
