Q: What typically fits inside this Bottega Veneta Medium Intrecciato Hobo Bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 40 x 25 x 3 cm, it is best suited to daily essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses, a small cosmetic pouch, and other slim items. Its hobo shape gives some flexibility, but the slim depth means it is not designed for bulky carry.

Q: Can this bag be worn comfortably on the shoulder?
A: Yes. It features a single flat shoulder strap with an approximate drop of 20 cm, which is generally comfortable for shoulder wear. As with most hobo bags, the fit may feel closer under heavier outerwear.

Q: Does this bag fit a laptop?
A: It is not the best choice for most laptops. While the width is generous, the slim profile and hobo zip opening make it better suited to everyday essentials rather than larger tech items.

Q: How is the interior organised?
A: The bag has a tonal suede lining with one internal zip pocket, giving you a secure place for smaller valuables while keeping the main compartment open and easy to use.

Q: Does it close securely?
A: Yes. This piece has a top zip closure, which helps keep belongings secure while maintaining the soft, streamlined Veneta hobo silhouette.

Q: What is special about Intrecciato leather?
A: Intrecciato is Bottega Veneta’s signature handwoven leather technique, known for its refined look and supple feel. On this piece, the metallic gold finish gives the classic woven design a more striking, dressier appearance.

Q: How should I care for metallic Intrecciato leather?
A: Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture, oils, perfume, and abrasive surfaces. Use a soft, dry cloth for light surface dusting, avoid overfilling to preserve the shape, and take extra care with metallic finishes as they can show rubbing more readily than standard leather.

Q: What product information is included with this item?
A: This item is listed as coming with no additional product information.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: It is listed in very good vintage condition. The exterior shows scuffing on the edges and slight discoloration on the strap, the interior has light traces of use and minor marks, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: How do you authenticate this bag?
A: Every item at A Retro Tale is checked by in-house experts using detailed reviews of materials, construction, hardware, stamps, and other model-specific details, so you can shop with confidence.
