Q: What are the Cartier d'Amour mini earrings made from?
A: This pair is listed in white gold. Cartier specifies 18 kt white gold (750/1000) for the white gold mini model, with a brilliant-cut diamond in each stud.

Q: How large are the mini earrings?
A: Cartier lists the mini model's outer diameter as approximately 3.8 mm, giving it a delicate, understated appearance. Exact measurements for this pre-owned pair are not provided in the product information, so the standard model dimensions should be treated as a guide.

Q: What is the total diamond weight?
A: Cartier specifies two diamonds totalling 0.08 carats for the standard white gold mini model. The diamond weight of this particular pre-owned pair is not separately recorded in the product information.

Q: Are these earrings new or pre-owned?
A: These earrings are pre-owned and in Very Good Condition, with light traces of use. The metal remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Do the earrings come with a box or certificate?
A: A box is included, as stated in the product information. A certificate, receipt or other documentation is not listed, so these should not be assumed to be included.

Q: Are the mini earrings suitable for everyday wear?
A: Their small stud design is a discreet choice for everyday styling. Cartier advises protecting diamond jewellery from knocks and removing it before sport or activities that could damage it.

Q: Can I wear these earrings in the shower or while swimming?
A: Cartier recommends removing jewellery before showering or swimming. Avoid contact with chlorine, seawater, cosmetics and household chemicals to help protect the gold and keep the diamonds looking their best.

Q: How should I clean these diamond earrings?
A: Cartier recommends warm soapy water and a very soft brush, followed by careful rinsing and drying with a soft cloth. Handle the settings gently and arrange a professional check if a diamond or fastening feels loose. Cartier also recommends an annual inspection and cleaning.

Q: How should I store the earrings?
A: Store them separately from other jewellery to help prevent scratches, ideally in individual compartments or a soft-lined case. Keep the fastenings closed and protect the earrings from intense heat.
