Celine80 Silk Scarf

Q: What size is the Céline 80 Silk Scarf?
A: The 80 size usually refers to an approximately 80 x 80 cm square. It is a versatile medium size that works well around the neck, in the hair, on a handbag, or tied to a ponytail.

Q: What does the design look like?
A: This scarf is multicoloured and features a classic belt and buckle motif with a red border, giving it a timeless vintage Céline look.

Q: Is this scarf made from silk?
A: Yes. The material is listed as silk, which gives the scarf its smooth feel, soft drape, and refined sheen.

Q: How can I wear an 80 cm silk scarf?
A: This size is especially versatile. It can be worn as a neckerchief, loose knot, headscarf, hair tie, handbag accent, or softly draped at the collar of a blazer or coat.

Q: What condition is this vintage scarf in?
A: It is listed in Very Good Condition overall, with light traces of use. Please note there are some stains and discolouration, which are part of its pre-loved vintage character and should be reviewed in the product images before purchase.

Q: Can the stains or discolouration be fully removed?
A: Not always. Some marks on vintage silk may improve with specialist cleaning, but results can never be guaranteed and overly aggressive treatment may affect the fabric or print.

Q: How should I care for a vintage silk scarf?
A: For best results, use a specialist dry cleaner experienced with delicate or vintage silk. Avoid perfume, hairspray, rain, and prolonged direct sunlight, and store it flat or loosely folded in a breathable space.

Q: How do you authenticate a vintage Céline scarf?
A: Authenticity is assessed through a combination of details such as silk quality, print clarity, rolled edges, stitching, branding, and overall construction. With vintage Céline, logo variations can appear across different eras, so no single detail should be judged in isolation.

Q: Does this item come with any original product information?
A: No. This item is listed with no additional product information included.

Q: Where was this scarf made?
A: The country of origin label states Italy.
