CelineSmall Leopard Thaise Triomphe Bag

Q: What typically fits in the Small Leopard Thaise Triomphe Bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 25.5 × 18.5 × 12 cm, it comfortably holds daily essentials such as a smartphone, small wallet, keys, sunglasses case and a compact cosmetics pouch. An iPad mini fits when placed horizontally; a full‑size iPad does not fit upright. Capacity varies with how you pack—please refer to the Measurements shown on this page for exact sizing.

Q: How can I carry it and is the strap removable?
A: The bag has dual top handles (approx. 11 cm drop) for hand carry and includes a detachable, adjustable shoulder strap with up to about a 45 cm drop. It wears as a shoulder bag and may sit as a high crossbody depending on your height and preferred strap setting.

Q: Is the leopard exterior real fur?
A: No. This piece is crafted from a wool‑blend leopard textile with brown leather trim and a leather Triomphe logo patch, offering the look and texture of a fabric finish rather than haircalf.

Q: How secure is the open‑top design?
A: The open top provides quick access. For added privacy and security, we recommend using a zip pouch or bag organiser inside and keeping valuables towards the centre of the bag. When travelling in crowded areas, carry the bag close to the body with the opening facing inwards.

Q: What pockets does it have?
A: This Thaise Triomphe style features two external side slip pockets for slim items you need to reach quickly, such as travel cards or receipts. The main compartment is open for flexible packing.

Q: Any care tips for the wool‑blend textile and leather trim?
A: Gently brush the fabric with a lint brush to remove surface dust and use a wool‑safe spot cleaner only on small marks—never soak or machine‑wash. Keep the leather trim dry and wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth if needed, avoiding harsh products. Store the bag stuffed to hold its shape, inside a breathable dust bag, away from direct sunlight and moisture. For long‑term storage of wool blends, ensure the bag is clean and consider moth deterrents in your wardrobe.

Q: Does this bag have a date code or serial number?
A: Many Céline bags include an internal date code (often in a format like one letter – two letters – four numbers) stamped on or near the lining; it indicates production details rather than a unique serial number. Placement can vary by model. If you’d like help locating it on this piece, our team can guide you.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: Everything included is listed under the product information on this page. For this piece, that includes a detachable shoulder strap. If an item such as a dust bag or box is not shown in the product information, it is not included.

Q: What signs of wear should I expect on this pre‑owned bag?
A: This item is graded Very Good. You can expect light signs of use on the exterior and interior and hardware that remains shiny with light surface scratches. Please review the photos for the most accurate view.

Q: How do you authenticate this bag?
A: Every item at A Retro Tale is thoroughly vetted by our in‑house experts using multi‑point checks of materials, stitching, hardware, stamps and codes. We stand behind the authenticity of all items we sell and are happy to share additional photos or details on request.
