Q: What size is this Chanel scarf?
A: This scarf measures 85 x 200 cm, giving it a generous oversized shape that can be worn loosely around the neck, draped over the shoulders, or styled more like a shawl.

Q: What colour is this piece?
A: According to the product data, this scarf is navy, which makes it easy to pair with both neutral and darker wardrobes.

Q: What condition is the scarf in?
A: This item is listed in Very Good condition with light traces of use. As a vintage and second-hand piece, minor signs of previous wear are to be expected, but the overall presentation remains very good.

Q: What is included with the scarf?
A: This item includes a box. Everything included with the purchase is reflected in the product information.

Q: Can this scarf be worn as a shawl or travel wrap?
A: Yes. At 85 x 200 cm, it is large enough to work not only as a classic scarf but also as a shoulder wrap for travel, evenings out, or colder days.

Q: How should I care for a cashmere scarf like this?
A: Cashmere should be handled gently. It is best to air it between wears, avoid hanging it for long periods, and store it folded in a cool, dry place. If cleaning is needed, use a very gentle hand-wash or a specialist cleaner suitable for cashmere, and always dry it flat away from direct heat.

Q: Is pilling normal on cashmere?
A: Yes. Light pilling can happen naturally in areas that experience friction, especially with soft cashmere. This is normal and can usually be managed carefully with a cashmere comb or fabric comb designed for delicate fibres.

Q: How can I tell whether a pre-owned Chanel scarf is authentic?
A: Buyers usually look at the overall quality of the finish, label details, fabric feel, construction, and consistency of branding. With pre-owned luxury accessories, purchasing from a trusted specialist is the safest approach. A Retro Tale carefully authenticates all items before sale.

Q: Is this a practical everyday scarf or more of a statement piece?
A: It works well as both. The navy colour makes it easy to use day to day, while the large cashmere format gives it the elevated feel of a luxury statement accessory.
