Q: What size is this Chanel Classic Medium Double Flap Bag?
A: This bag measures 25.5 cm wide, 16 cm high and 7 cm deep. The listed strap measurement is 46 cm.

Q: What typically fits inside the medium Classic Flap?
A: It generally accommodates essentials such as a phone, card holder or compact wallet, keys and lipstick. The double-flap construction limits usable space, so the exact fit depends on the size of your belongings. Avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: The medium Classic Flap is generally best suited to shoulder wear. Crossbody wear may work on smaller frames, but it can sit high on the body. Check the listed 46 cm strap measurement against your preferred carrying position rather than assuming a comfortable crossbody fit.

Q: What does double flap mean?
A: Double flap means the bag has an outer flap and a second inner flap covering the main compartment. This adds an extra layer of coverage and contributes to the bag's structured design.

Q: What material and colour is this bag?
A: This bag is made from black lambskin leather. Lambskin has a soft, supple feel and requires careful handling to protect its surface.

Q: What condition is this vintage bag in?
A: This bag is graded Good Condition. The exterior has scuff marks on the leather, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: When and where was this bag made?
A: The product information dates this bag to 1986–1988 and lists France as its country of origin. The serial number is partially masked as 00******.

Q: What comes with this bag?
A: The product information lists an authenticity card and a serial number tag. A box or dust bag is not listed, so do not assume either is included.

Q: Is lambskin suitable for everyday use?
A: Lambskin can be used regularly with care, but it is sensitive to moisture and repeated rubbing. Avoid contact with sharp objects and abrasive surfaces. This particular bag already has documented scuff marks on the leather.

Q: How should I clean and store this lambskin bag?
A: Use a soft cloth and avoid care products that could alter the leather's finish. If the bag gets wet, gently blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in a suitable protective pouch, with tissue paper around the chain to prevent pressure marks. Existing scuffs should not be assumed to disappear with cleaning.
