Dolce & GabbanaRosary Necklace

Q: What size is this Dolce & Gabbana Rosary Necklace?
A: The necklace has an approximate perimeter of 65 cm, giving it a longer drop that works well as a statement piece. The cross pendant measures approximately 4 x 2 x 0.5 cm. Please refer to the Measurements on this page for the most accurate size details.

Q: How does a 65 cm necklace usually sit when worn?
A: A 65 cm necklace usually sits below the collarbone and offers a longer, relaxed fit. On most wearers, it works well as a standalone piece or layered with shorter chains, though the exact drop will vary depending on body shape and styling preference.

Q: What is the condition of this necklace?
A: This piece is listed in very good condition with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches and light tarnishing, which is consistent with careful previous wear on a vintage item.

Q: Does this necklace come with a box, dust bag or authenticity card?
A: No. According to the product information, this item comes with no accessories. If any original packaging or extras are not listed in the product information, they are not included.

Q: Is this an authentic Dolce & Gabbana item?
A: Yes. A Retro Tale specialises in authentic luxury vintage and second-hand designer accessories, and this necklace is sold as an authenticated Dolce & Gabbana piece.

Q: Is this necklace only for men?
A: The item is listed under the men's category, but jewellery like this can be worn by anyone who likes the fit and style. The long rosary-inspired design makes it especially easy to style across different looks.

Q: What does rosary-style mean in this design?
A: Rosary-style necklaces are inspired by the beaded structure and cross motif of traditional rosaries. In fashion jewellery, this usually means a long beaded necklace with a cross pendant, creating a distinctive statement look.

Q: How should I style this necklace?
A: This piece works well worn on its own over a T-shirt, knitwear or an open shirt for a bold vintage look. Because of its longer length and cross detail, it can also be layered with shorter necklaces if you prefer a more styled appearance.

Q: How should I care for this necklace?
A: To help preserve the finish, avoid water, perfume, lotions and prolonged humidity. Wipe it gently with a soft dry cloth after wear and store it separately in a dry place. As the hardware already shows light tarnishing, gentle handling and careful storage are especially recommended.

Q: Is this a good everyday piece or better for occasional wear?
A: It can be worn regularly, but many buyers prefer rosary-style vintage jewellery as an occasional statement accessory. Given its pre-owned condition and decorative design, careful wear will help maintain its appearance over time.
