GucciGuccissima Fur Earmuffs

Q: Are these Gucci Guccissima Fur Earmuffs one size?
A: Yes, this item is listed as one size. As with most earmuffs, the fit can vary slightly depending on head shape and hairstyle, so it is best to review the measurements on this page for added guidance.

Q: What colour are these earmuffs?
A: They are listed in black, making them an easy winter accessory to pair with both casual and more polished looks.

Q: What condition are they in?
A: The overall condition is Very Good, with light traces of use noted. The hardware is described as shiny with light scratches, which is consistent with gentle pre-owned wear.

Q: Do these earmuffs come with any extras?
A: No, this item is listed with no additional items included. Please refer to the product information for the exact included set.

Q: Are fur earmuffs practical for everyday winter wear?
A: Yes, fur earmuffs are designed to help keep the ears warm in cold weather while offering a more lightweight alternative to a full hat. They are well suited to day-to-day winter styling when handled with care.

Q: How should I care for vintage fur earmuffs?
A: Keep them away from heavy rain, direct heat, perfume, and prolonged sunlight. After wear, allow them to air out naturally, then lightly smooth the fur in the direction of the pile and store them in a cool, dry place to help preserve their shape and finish.

Q: Can I clean them at home?
A: For light maintenance, use a soft dry cloth on the non-fur areas and a very gentle brush for the fur surface. Avoid soaking or harsh cleaning products. For deeper cleaning, specialist care is the safest option for vintage fur accessories.

Q: How should I store them when not in use?
A: Store them in a breathable dust bag or box in a cool, dry space, with nothing heavy placed on top. Proper storage helps protect the fur, prevent flattening, and maintain the shape between seasons.

Q: How can I tell if vintage Gucci earmuffs are authentic?
A: Authenticity should be judged by the overall quality of the craftsmanship, branding details, materials, and construction rather than by one feature alone. At A Retro Tale, all items are professionally authenticated before sale for added peace of mind.
