HermèsKelly 18 Belt

Q: What size does the Hermès Kelly 18 belt fit?
A: It is a one‑size design with a clever sliding system that adjusts roughly from 55 to 100 centimetres (about 21.7 to 39.4 inches), so you can wear it on the waist or the hips.

Q: How wide is the belt and will it fit my belt loops?
A: The strap is 18 mm (approximately 0.71 inches) wide. It suits most dress and narrow trouser loops; for wide loops, please measure your loops to ensure a good fit.

Q: How do I adjust and fasten the Kelly 18 belt?
A: To adjust, slide the rear adjusters to your preferred length; there are no holes to punch. To fasten, close the Kelly turn‑lock at the front to secure the strap.

Q: Is this Kelly 18 belt reversible?
A: Most Kelly 18 belts are single‑sided, though a few reversible editions exist. Please check the product information on this page for this specific piece’s construction and colours.

Q: What hardware finishes does the Kelly 18 come in?
A: Depending on the specific edition, Hermès offers the Kelly 18 with palladium‑plated, yellow gold‑plated, or rose gold‑plated buckles. Refer to the product information here for the exact finish on this item.

Q: What does the stamp “No shape B (2023)” mean?
A: It refers to Hermès’ modern “no‑shape” date code system, where the standalone letter B denotes production in 2023. This stamp indicates the year of manufacture and may appear alongside internal artisan codes.

Q: How should I care for Epsom leather and the buckle?
A: Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid moisture, oils, solvents, and prolonged heat or sunlight. Store in a cool, ventilated place, lightly filled to keep shape. Fine hairline scratches on the plaque can occur with normal wear.

Q: Can Hermès service or polish this belt in future?
A: Yes. Hermès offers after‑sales maintenance and repairs; your local boutique can assess what’s feasible for belts and hardware and advise on timings and costs.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: As listed in the product information, this piece comes with a box. Everything included is detailed there; if something isn’t listed, it is not included.

Q: How do people style the Kelly 18?
A: Its slim profile works beautifully over dresses, knitwear and blazers, through narrow loops, or cinching coats. Fashion lovers also get creative by pairing it with small leather goods for fresh looks.
