Q: Is the Damier Ebene Speedy made from leather or canvas?
A: The main exterior is Damier Ebene coated canvas, featuring Louis Vuitton’s distinctive brown chequerboard pattern. The handles and trim are leather, so it is not an all-leather bag.

Q: Can I wear this bag on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: Yes. The Bandoulière version has a removable, adjustable strap for shoulder or crossbody wear, alongside its top handles for hand carry. This item includes the shoulder strap. How comfortably it sits crossbody will depend on your height, clothing and preferred strap setting.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is graded Very Good Condition. The exterior has some rubbing on the corners and piping, the interior has a stain, and the hardware shows scratches and discolouration. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition details before purchasing.

Q: Which accessories are included, and does the padlock come with a key?
A: The product information lists a shoulder strap and padlock. A key, dust bag and box are not listed, so their inclusion should not be assumed. If a working padlock is important to you, please ask for confirmation about the key before purchasing.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The supplied product information records France as the country of origin for this particular bag.

Q: How should I clean and care for the Damier Ebene canvas?
A: Gently wipe the coated canvas with a soft, damp cloth and slightly soapy water. Avoid applying leather lotions, oils, alcohol-based products or harsh cleaners to the canvas. Protect the bag from abrasive surfaces, prolonged direct sunlight, heat and damp storage conditions. For the recorded interior stain, seek specialist advice rather than attempting aggressive cleaning.
