Louis VuittonMonogram Croissant MM Bag

Q: What fits inside the Louis Vuitton Monogram Croissant MM Bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 30 x 22 x 5 cm, it is best suited to daily essentials such as a phone, compact wallet, keys, sunglasses, a small cosmetic pouch and other slim items. Its curved shape gives useful width, but the narrow depth means bulky items will fill it quickly.

Q: Is the Croissant MM a practical everyday shoulder bag?
A: Yes. The MM is the medium size in the Croissant line, so it offers more room than the smaller versions while still keeping a neat under-arm shape. It is a strong choice if you want a vintage Louis Vuitton shoulder bag for everyday essentials rather than heavy carry.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: No. This Croissant MM is designed as a shoulder bag. With a strap drop of approximately 21 cm, it is intended to sit on the shoulder rather than be worn across the body.

Q: What does MM mean in Louis Vuitton sizing?
A: MM stands for Moyen Modèle, which means medium model. In the Croissant family, it indicates a mid-sized version that balances the sleek half-moon silhouette with a bit more carrying space.

Q: Is the Croissant MM a vintage Louis Vuitton style?
A: Yes. The original Croissant MM is widely regarded as an archival Louis Vuitton design and is especially popular in the pre-owned market for its early-2000s crescent silhouette.

Q: What does the date code TH0013 mean?
A: TH indicates production in France, and the numbers point to the first week of 2003. As with other Louis Vuitton date codes, this helps identify where and when the bag was made, but it should not be used as the only proof of authenticity.

Q: Will the vachetta leather change colour over time?
A: Yes. Natural vachetta leather normally darkens and develops a honey-toned patina with age and use. On vintage Louis Vuitton pieces, light marks, darkening and water spotting are all common signs of natural ageing.

Q: How should I care for the Monogram canvas and leather trim?
A: Clean the coated canvas gently with a soft damp cloth when needed, and avoid harsh cleaners, oils, perfume and alcohol-based products. The natural leather trim should be kept as dry as possible and stored away from direct heat and strong sunlight.

Q: Does this bag have inside organisation?
A: Yes. This particular bag has a zip closure and one internal pocket, which is useful for separating smaller essentials from the main compartment.

Q: What comes with this bag?
A: This item is listed with no additional items included. Please refer to the product information on this page for full details of what is included with the bag.
