PradaRaffia Coin Purse

Q: What typically fits inside the Prada Raffia Coin Purse?
A: With approximate dimensions of 10 × 6 × 3 cm, it comfortably holds coins, folded banknotes, a key or two, lip balm, receipts, and other small essentials. Larger or bulky items may be tight; please refer to the Measurements on this page to gauge your needs.

Q: Does a standard credit or debit card fit inside?
A: A standard payment card measures about 8.56 × 5.40 cm. Given the purse’s width of 6 cm, cards will not lie flat and are not recommended for regular storage. If needed, carry cards in a separate card holder.

Q: Will an AirPods charging case fit?
A: As a reference, the AirPods Pro charging case is approximately 4.52 × 6.06 × 2.17 cm. Because the purse width is around 6 cm, the case may fit very snugly depending on the opening; loose earbuds or a slimmer case are a safer bet.

Q: How does it close, and can I clip it to a bag?
A: It has a secure zip closure for the compartment and a top clasp so you can attach it to a tote handle, belt loop, or key ring. To protect the woven raffia, avoid overloading it when suspended by the clasp.

Q: How should I care for the raffia exterior?
A: Gently dust with a soft brush or cloth. For light marks, spot clean with cold water and a small amount of mild detergent, then allow to air dry away from direct heat and sunlight. Store it lightly stuffed with tissue in a breathable dust bag, in a cool, dry place. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or strong sunlight, and do not overload the purse.

Q: What should I do if the raffia gets wet?
A: Blot excess moisture with a clean, dry cloth, reshape gently, and let it dry naturally in a well‑ventilated area out of direct sunlight. Do not use a hairdryer, radiator, or tumble dryer.

Q: Can raffia snag or fray, and how do I manage it?
A: Woven raffia can develop small flyaway fibres with use. Avoid rough surfaces and, if needed, carefully trim stray fibres with sharp scissors—do not pull them—to keep the weave neat.

Q: Will the yellow colour rub off or fade?
A: As with many woven fibres, prolonged sun exposure and moisture can affect colour over time. Also take care with dark, unwashed denim and heavily dyed materials that may transfer colour onto raffia. Store away from direct sunlight when not in use.

Q: What exactly is included with this item?
A: Everything included is listed under the product information section. For this piece, there are no additional items included beyond the coin purse itself.

Q: What is the condition and origin of this purse?
A: It is in Very Good condition with a light trace of use; the hardware is shiny with minor scratches. It has an orange jacquard lining and was labelled as made in Italy.
