Q: What size is this Saint Laurent Cabas Chyc bag?
A: This bag is listed as the Medium model and measures 30 cm wide × 19 cm high × 15 cm deep. The recorded handle measurement is 10 cm and the shoulder strap measurement is 44 cm. Use these dimensions rather than size descriptions from other listings when comparing bags.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys and a small cosmetics pouch. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you arrange them.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop or tablet?
A: Laptop and tablet compatibility has not been confirmed for this item. Compare your device, including its case, with the bag’s external dimensions of 30 × 19 × 15 cm, allowing for a smaller internal space and opening. Do not assume a device will fit based on the Medium name alone.

Q: Does this bag come with a shoulder strap?
A: Yes, a shoulder strap is included, so the bag offers an alternative to carrying it by the top handles. The recorded strap measurement is 44 cm. Crossbody suitability and strap adjustability are not confirmed in the product information.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has light scratches throughout and slightly worn handles. The interior is also rated Very Good, with light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does this particular bag have scratches on its hardware?
A: Yes, light scratches are recorded on the hardware, although it remains shiny. Please review the product photographs alongside the condition description to assess the visible wear.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: The product information lists a shoulder strap, charm, authenticity card and booklet. A box and dust bag are not listed as included.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This particular bag is grey. Its country-of-origin label is recorded as France.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Follow Saint Laurent’s general bag-care guidance: avoid water, oils, perfumes, abrasive surfaces, prolonged sunlight and direct heat. If it becomes wet, gently blot it with a soft, neutral-coloured cloth without rubbing. Avoid generic cleaning products and solvents. Store it upright in a protective fabric bag, lightly padded with tissue paper to help maintain its shape. For specialist cleaning, seek advice before applying any treatment.
