Q: What typically fits inside the Valentino VLogo Bag?
A: With approximate dimensions of 29 × 20 × 5 cm, this bag is best for daily essentials rather than bulky items. It should comfortably fit a phone, a small wallet, keys, sunglasses, a passport, and a few compact beauty items. Its slim profile means it is not suitable for a laptop, tablet, or larger pouches.

Q: Is this bag designed for the shoulder or crossbody wear?
A: This piece is designed to be worn on the shoulder. It has a single flat shoulder strap with an approximate drop of 21 cm, which is generally too short for comfortable crossbody wear.

Q: What are the main materials and details of this bag?
A: According to the product information, it features black fabric with black leather trim, silver-tone hardware, and a red fabric lining. The front is finished with Valentino's VLogo detail for a classic, understated look.

Q: How is the interior organised?
A: The bag has a red fabric-lined interior with one internal pocket, giving you space to separate smaller essentials from the main compartment. It closes with a tab closure featuring the VLogo emblem.

Q: What condition is this vintage bag in?
A: The overall condition is rated very good. The exterior and interior both show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches consistent with careful pre-owned wear.

Q: Does this item come with any additional pieces?
A: No. The product information states that this item comes with no additional pieces included.

Q: Does this bag have a serial number or authenticity card?
A: No serial number is noted in this listing, and no additional paperwork is listed in the product information. With Valentino bags, these details can vary by era and style, so they are best considered alongside overall craftsmanship, materials, and construction rather than on their own.

Q: Is this bag authenticated?
A: Yes. A Retro Tale specialises in authentic luxury vintage and second-hand designer pieces, and items are vetted before being offered for sale.

Q: How should I care for a vintage fabric and leather Valentino bag?
A: To preserve it, gently wipe the fabric and leather trim with a soft dry cloth, avoid overfilling the bag, and keep it away from heavy rain, prolonged sunlight, and rough surfaces. When not in use, store it lightly stuffed in a breathable dust bag or clean cotton pillowcase to help maintain its shape.
