Q: What typically fits inside this Bottega Veneta Intrecciato Business Bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 40 x 30 x 4 cm, it is best suited to daily work essentials such as A4 documents, a slim laptop, a notebook, charger, phone, wallet, and small personal items. Its slim profile makes it ideal for organised everyday use rather than bulky packing.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop?
A: It should comfortably suit most 13-inch laptops and many slim 14-inch models. Some slim 15-inch laptops may also fit, but we recommend comparing your device measurements to the bag dimensions listed on this page for the best indication.

Q: Does this bag come with a shoulder strap?
A: No shoulder strap is listed for this piece. This business bag is designed to be carried by its dual rolled top handles, with an approximate handle drop of 10 cm.

Q: How is the interior and exterior organised?
A: This bag features a zip closure, a front exterior zip pocket for quick-access essentials, and a fabric-lined main compartment. It is a practical layout for carrying work documents and everyday business items in a neat, streamlined way.

Q: What is Intrecciato leather?
A: Intrecciato is Bottega Veneta’s signature woven leather technique and one of the house’s most recognisable design codes. It is prized for its refined appearance, craftsmanship, and understated luxury.

Q: How should I care for vintage Intrecciato leather?
A: We recommend gently wiping the surface with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and avoiding creams, oils, perfumes, excess moisture, direct sunlight, heat, and abrasive surfaces. When not in use, store the bag in a breathable dust bag and lightly stuff it to help maintain its shape.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: This vintage piece is rated in Very Good condition. The exterior shows visible scuffing on the edges along with marks and scratches, the interior has light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light surface scratches.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: This item is sold with no additional inclusions. If anything is included with a product, it will always be stated in the product information on this page.

Q: Is this bag made in Italy, and how is authenticity checked?
A: Yes, the country of origin label states Italy. At A Retro Tale, authenticity is assessed through detailed checks of craftsmanship, materials, weave quality, hardware, stamps, and overall construction before an item is offered for sale.
