Q: What are the measurements of this Chanel Classic Caviar Wallet on Chain?
A: This bag measures 19 cm wide, 12 cm high and 4 cm deep. The strap measurement listed in the product information is 63 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside?
A: The WOC format is best suited to a small selection of essentials, such as cards, cash, slim keys, a lipstick and a phone where space allows. Bulky keyrings and a separate full-sized purse can take up much of the available room. Avoid overfilling the bag or forcing the flap closed. ([purseblog.com](https://www.purseblog.com/what-fits/chanel-woc-wallet-on-chain/))

Q: Will my phone fit?
A: Phone fit depends on the handset, its case and the other items you carry. Compare your phone's measurements with this bag's external dimensions of 19 × 12 × 4 cm, remembering that the usable interior is smaller. Fit cannot be guaranteed from external measurements alone.

Q: Can I wear it crossbody or use it as a clutch?
A: The Classic WOC can be worn over the shoulder or crossbody, although where it sits depends on your height and build. It can also be carried as a clutch with the chain carefully tucked inside; this reduces the space available for other belongings. Please note that the majority of our items are vintage and therefore have tales to tell unless stated otherwise. Therefore, please look at pictures, descriptions and measurements provided as they give you the best idea of the story this item has to tell.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This piece is in Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, and the hardware is rated very good. It is not described as new or unworn.

A: This Chanel Classic Caviar Wallet on Chain is black. Its country of origin is listed as France.

Q: Does it come with a box or authenticity card?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed, so please do not assume they are included.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid cleaning products that could alter the finish. Protect it from prolonged sunlight and moisture; if it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in a protective pouch, with tissue paper around the chain to help prevent contact marks. Avoid overfilling it to preserve its shape.
