ChanelCoco Mark Earrings

Q: Are these Chanel Coco Mark Earrings new or pre-owned?
A: These are pre-owned earrings graded as Like New Condition. Light marks and scratches are present throughout the material, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Are these earrings made from solid gold?
A: The product information lists the colour as gold but does not specify the metal composition or fineness. The gold colour should not be taken as confirmation that they are solid gold or gold-plated.

Q: Where were these earrings made?
A: The country of origin is listed as France.

Q: What comes with these earrings?
A: A box and receipt are included, as listed in the product information.

Q: Are these earrings clip-on or for pierced ears?
A: The fastening type is not specified in the product information. Please contact A Retro Tale to confirm the closure before purchasing if you need a particular fastening.

Q: Are these earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
A: The metal composition and nickel content are not specified, so we cannot confirm that this pair is hypoallergenic or suitable for sensitive ears. Please request further material details before purchasing if you have a known metal sensitivity.

Q: How should I clean these earrings?
A: Gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth to preserve their shine. CHANEL recommends avoiding water, soap, detergents and chemical cleaning solutions for its costume jewellery, as these may damage or discolour the finish.

Q: Can I wear these earrings in the shower or while exercising?
A: Avoid wearing them in the shower, while swimming or during exercise. CHANEL advises keeping costume jewellery away from water and removing it during exercise to protect against knocks and scratches. Apply perfume and make-up before putting the earrings on.

Q: How should I store these earrings?
A: Store each earring separately in a soft pouch or a separate compartment to prevent rubbing and scratches. Keep them away from humidity, heat and prolonged exposure to sunlight.
