Q: How should I care for this pre-loved Gucci bag?
A: Gucci recommends protecting its bags from direct light, heat and rain, and cleaning them with a soft, dry cloth. If the bag becomes wet, dry it promptly with a soft cloth. Store it in a protective dust bag or suitable box when not in use. For the existing interior stains and pen mark, seek specialist advice rather than attempting aggressive cleaning.
