Louis VuittonEpi Néonoé Bag

Q: What typically fits inside the Louis Vuitton Epi Néonoé Bag?
A: With approximate dimensions of 25 x 25 x 17 cm, this bag comfortably fits day-to-day essentials such as a long wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses, a small cosmetic pouch and a compact tablet or slim book. Its bucket shape gives useful depth without feeling overly bulky.

Q: How can this bag be carried?
A: This particular piece comes with a detachable top handle and a detachable shoulder strap, so it can be carried by hand or worn on the shoulder. The handle drop is approximately 14 cm and the shoulder strap drop is approximately 35 cm.

Q: How is the interior organised?
A: The interior is lined in red and features one central zipped compartment, creating two practical sections for easier organisation of everyday items such as your wallet, phone and small essentials.

Q: Is the drawstring closure secure enough for everyday use?
A: Yes. The drawstring keeps the main body of the bag neatly closed, while the central zipped compartment provides extra security for smaller valuables. As with most bucket bags, keeping the drawstring tightened offers the best day-to-day security.

Q: Is the Néonoé a good everyday bag?
A: Yes, it is widely loved as an everyday style because it combines a structured bucket shape with a practical medium size and easy access to essentials. It works especially well if you want a bag that feels polished yet still roomy.

Q: What are the benefits of Epi leather?
A: Epi leather is known for its textured finish, structured feel and excellent durability. It tends to hold its shape well, shows fewer marks than many smooth leathers and is a great choice if you want a low-maintenance Louis Vuitton finish for regular use.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is listed in very good condition. The exterior and interior both show light traces of use, and the hardware is shiny with light scratches. Please refer to the product images as well for the best impression of its present condition.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: This item includes the detachable shoulder strap and detachable top handle listed in the product information. If any additional item is not mentioned there, it should not be assumed to be included.

Q: How do you authenticate a Louis Vuitton bag if the serial or date-code marking is illegible?
A: An illegible code does not automatically mean a bag is inauthentic, as markings can become faint with age or wear. Proper authentication looks at the whole item, including materials, construction, hardware, stamps and overall consistency, rather than relying on one marking alone.

Q: How should I care for Epi leather?
A: Gently wipe the bag with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid abrasive surfaces, excess moisture, oils, perfume and direct heat. When not in use, store it in a breathable fabric bag and lightly stuff it to help maintain its shape.
