Q: What size phone is it likely to fit?
A: The Louise Phone Holder is designed to stretch around a variety of smartphones. As this item measures approximately 14 x 7 x 0.5 cm, it is best suited to slim to standard-sized phones. If your device is especially large or bulky, we recommend comparing it with the Measurements shown in the product information before purchasing.

Q: Can I use it with a phone case already on my phone?
A: In many cases, yes, if the case is slim. Because the holder is flexible rather than rigid, fit can vary depending on the thickness and shape of your phone and case. Very bulky cases may make the fit too tight or less practical.

Q: How is it carried?
A: This model is made to be worn around the neck for hands-free use. The strap measurement listed for this item is approximately 42 cm, giving it a comfortable drop for quick access on the go.

Q: Is this a full protective phone case?
A: No. It is a phone holder rather than a fully enclosed protective case. It helps keep your phone close and easy to carry, but it does not offer the same edge and screen protection as a dedicated fitted phone case.

Please note that the majority of our items are vintage and therefore have tales to tell unless stated otherwise. Therefore, please look at pictures, descriptions and measurements provided as they give you the best idea of the story this item has to tell.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

Q: What does the Louis Vuitton Monogram Louise Phone Holder do?

Q: What condition is this item in?
A: According to the product information, the overall condition is Very Good, with light traces of use. The hardware is described as shiny with light scratches, which is consistent with gentle pre-owned wear.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: The product information states no accessories. That means only what is shown and listed for this item should be expected; if a box, dust bag or other extras are not mentioned, they are not included.

Q: How should I care for this phone holder?
A: Clean it gently with a soft cloth. For coated canvas elements, a slightly damp cloth with a little mild soap is generally safest, while harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, perfume and abrasive products should be avoided. To help preserve the rubber body and silver-tone hardware, store it in a cool, dry place and avoid prolonged heat, moisture and unnecessary stretching.
