Q: What typically fits inside this Prada Tessuto Top Handle Bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 24 x 21 x 10 cm, it is best suited to everyday essentials such as a phone, small wallet, keys, sunglasses, and a few cosmetics. It is a compact day bag rather than a large carry-all, so bulkier items may be a tight fit.

Q: Can this bag be carried on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: This piece is designed as a top handle style. The handle drop is approximately 10 cm, which makes it most comfortable to carry by hand or in the crook of the arm rather than over the shoulder. No strap is included with this item.

Q: What is Prada Tessuto?
A: Tessuto is Prada’s signature fabric line, most commonly associated with lightweight nylon. It is popular because it offers a sleek look, practical everyday wear, and a lighter feel than many full-leather bags.

Q: Is Prada Tessuto durable for daily use?
A: Yes, Prada Tessuto bags are widely appreciated for being lightweight and practical for regular use. Many owners choose them as easy everyday bags, though, as with any vintage item, gentle handling and sensible storage will help preserve the shape and finish over time.

Q: How should I care for a vintage Prada Tessuto bag?
A: For routine care, gently wipe the bag with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaners. Store it in a well-ventilated place away from direct heat and moisture, and avoid overfilling it. As this bag has vintage wear, extra care around the handle and hardware is recommended.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: This bag is listed in Very Good condition. The exterior shows scratches on the handle, the interior has light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches and some discolouration. Please review the product images carefully for the most accurate impression.

Q: Does this item come with any extras?
A: No, this item is sold with no accessories. Everything included with the purchase is shown in the product information.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: According to the product data, this bag was made in Italy.

Q: How do I know a pre-owned Prada bag is authentic?
A: When buying pre-owned Prada, collectors often check details such as the quality of the triangle logo plaque, lining, stitching, hardware, interior labels, and overall construction. At A Retro Tale, each item is carefully vetted for authenticity before being offered for sale.

Q: Is a missing authenticity card a problem?
A: Not necessarily. Many genuine vintage Prada bags circulate without their original cards or packaging. For this item, no extras are included, so buyers should rely on the product information, detailed images, and the seller’s authentication process rather than expecting original accompaniments.
