Q: What size is this Chanel Deauville MM Tote Bag?
A: This bag measures 35 cm wide, 28 cm high and 14 cm deep. Use these item-specific measurements when comparing sizes, rather than relying solely on the MM model name.

Q: What can I fit inside this tote?
A: Its dimensions suggest room for everyday essentials such as a purse, phone, keys, a small cosmetics pouch and a book. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them; avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: Will this Chanel Deauville MM fit a laptop?
A: Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this specific bag. Compare your laptop’s dimensions, including its protective sleeve, with the bag’s 35 × 28 × 14 cm external measurements. The usable interior and opening will be smaller, so external dimensions alone do not guarantee a fit.

Q: Can this bag be worn over the shoulder?
A: The listed strap measurement is 25 cm. Shoulder fit will depend on your build and clothing; check the product photographs to assess how the straps may sit.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has light marks and scratches throughout the material, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. It is not described as pristine or like new.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This Chanel Deauville MM Tote Bag is listed as grey, with France recorded as its country of origin.

Q: What comes with this bag?
A: The product information lists a dust bag and a serial number tag. A box and authenticity card are not listed as included.

Q: Does this bag have a serial number?
A: Yes. The recorded serial number is 16079625, and a serial number tag is included according to the product information.

Q: How should I care for and store this Chanel Deauville tote?
A: Avoid overfilling it and prolonged exposure to sunlight or humidity. Keep it away from perfume, cosmetics and harsh chemicals. If it gets wet, gently blot it with a soft, absorbent cloth rather than rubbing. Store it upright in its dust bag, with tissue paper protecting the straps or chains. As the exact material is not specified, seek material-specific advice from a CHANEL boutique before treating stains.
