HermèsClic H Bracelet

Q: Is this Hermès Clic H Bracelet authentic?
A: Yes. Every item at A Retro Tale is rigorously vetted by our in‑house experts and sold with our authenticity commitment. Shop with confidence.

Q: What is it made from? Is it solid gold?
A: The Clic H is fashion jewellery crafted from gold‑plated metal with glossy enamel—in this case, light blue enamel with gold‑tone hardware. It is not solid gold. Please review the features and close‑up photos and contact us if you’d like us to confirm any aspect of the composition for this piece.

Q: What are the size and measurements? Will it fit my wrist?
A: This bracelet is the PM size with a listed perimeter of approximately 15.5 cm and a width of 1.1 cm. It is designed for a smaller wrist. For best fit, measure your wrist snugly and compare to the 15.5 cm perimeter; if you’d like us to confirm the inner diameter or provide fit guidance, just ask and we’ll measure it for you.

Q: Is it adjustable or can it be resized?
A: The Clic H is not adjustable and cannot be resized due to its hinged construction and enamel inlay. If you’re between sizes, we’re happy to advise on fit or suggest non‑invasive ways to wear/stack for comfort.

Q: How does the clasp work? Is it secure?
A: It features Hermès’ iconic swivel “H” closure—rotate the H to unlock and open the hinge. To close, snap the sides together and rotate the H back until it clicks. It is a secure mechanism for everyday wear.

Q: What hallmarks or stamps should I expect?
A: Hermès enamel bracelets typically bear the HERMÈS signature, “Made in France,” and a size mark (e.g., PM) on the inner band. Placement can vary by season. Our close‑up photos show any stamps present on this bracelet.

Q: How should I care for the enamel and gold‑plated finish?
A: Keep it dry and away from perfume, lotions, hand sanitiser and cleaning chemicals. After wear, wipe gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Do not soak, use ultrasonic cleaners or chemical dips. Store separately in a pouch/box to prevent scratches and enamel chips.

Q: What condition should I expect, what is included, and can I return it?
A: This bracelet is in Very Good Condition with light signs of careful wear possible unless noted otherwise. This listing includes no accessories unless specifically shown or stated. Returns are accepted under our standard policy—please see our Returns page for eligibility, timeframes and conditions, and ensure the item is returned in the same condition received.
