Louis VuittonEpi Saint Jacques PM Bag

Q: What material and colour is this Louis Vuitton Saint Jacques PM bag?
A: This bag is made from yellow Epi leather, Louis Vuitton’s distinctive leather with a textured wave pattern. Epi leather has a structured finish and is known for its durability, although it can still develop marks and scratches.

Q: What are the measurements of this bag?
A: This particular bag measures 30 cm in height, 26 cm in width and 16 cm in depth. The listed handle measurement is 30 cm. Please use these item-specific measurements when assessing its size, as Saint Jacques bags come in different versions.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: It should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, purse, keys and a small cosmetic pouch, depending on their size and how you pack. Laptop fit has not been confirmed; compare your device’s dimensions with the listed measurements rather than assuming it will fit.

Q: Can I carry this bag on my shoulder or crossbody?
A: The bag has handles with a listed measurement of 30 cm, but this is not specified as a handle drop, so shoulder fit cannot be confirmed from that measurement alone. No separate shoulder strap is listed. Check the product photographs to assess whether the handle length suits your preferred way of carrying it.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor marks and scratches on the Epi leather, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition details.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included with this item, as stated in the product information. A dust bag, box or separate strap is therefore not included.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: This particular bag was made in France, according to the product information.

Q: How should I clean the Epi leather?
A: Gently remove surface dirt with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water, without soaking or scrubbing the leather. Avoid commercial cleaners and contact with oils, perfume, cosmetics or alcohol-based products such as hand sanitiser. For stubborn stains, seek advice from Louis Vuitton or a leather-care specialist rather than attempting aggressive cleaning.

Q: How should I store this vintage bag?
A: Store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. Avoid compressing or overfilling it, and gently support its shape when not in use. A breathable dust bag can help protect it during storage, but one is not included with this purchase.
