Q: What are the measurements of this Louis Vuitton Monogram Boetie tote?
A: This bag measures 40 cm wide, 25 cm high and 12 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 23 cm. Please use these measurements when judging its size rather than relying on the model’s size label.

Q: What can I carry inside this bag?
A: Based on its measurements, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, purse, keys and a small cosmetics pouch. The space available will depend on the size of your belongings and how you pack them.

Q: Will this bag fit my laptop?
A: Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this particular bag. Compare your laptop’s dimensions, including any sleeve, with the bag’s measurements of 40 × 25 × 12 cm. External measurements do not guarantee usable interior space or clearance through the opening, so ask for confirmation if laptop fit is essential.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: The bag is rated Very Good overall. The exterior is in Good condition with some signs of use, while the interior is in Very Good condition with light signs of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does this bag come with a separate shoulder strap?
A: No separate shoulder strap is listed in the product information. The handle measurement is 23 cm; if shoulder carrying is important to you, please confirm the handle clearance before purchasing.

Q: Are a dust bag, box or other accessories included?
A: No accessories are included with this item, as stated in the product information.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin is listed as France. No serial number or date code is provided in the product information, so a manufacturing date cannot be confirmed from this listing.

Q: How should I care for the Monogram canvas and leather details?
A: Gently wipe coated canvas with a soft, damp cloth and slightly soapy water, keeping the leather details dry. Avoid oils, alcohol-based products, leather lotions and chemical cleaners. Do not attempt to scrub stains from natural leather; if it gets wet, blot it promptly with a light-coloured, lint-free absorbent cloth.
