Q: What does this Hermès Leather AirPods Pro Case fit?
A: This piece is designed for the AirPods Pro format rather than the standard AirPods shape. If you use a non-Pro AirPods case, the fit is unlikely to be correct. If you are unsure, we recommend comparing your charging case with the product images before purchasing.

Q: Is it suitable for both AirPods Pro 1 and AirPods Pro 2?
A: Many Hermès AirPods Pro cases are made for the AirPods Pro form factor used across both generations. As this is a pre-owned item and original packaging or technical documentation is not included in the product information, we recommend checking your case shape carefully against the photos if you own AirPods Pro 2.

Q: Can I charge my AirPods while they are inside the case?
A: In most cases, AirPods Pro leather covers are intended to stay on during normal charging. However, charging performance can vary depending on the charger type, case alignment and the exact fit of the cover, so some users may prefer to remove it if charging is inconsistent.

Q: Does this case fully protect the AirPods charging case?
A: It helps protect the AirPods Pro charging case from everyday scratches, light scuffs and general handling. As with most leather accessories, it is best viewed as a stylish protective cover rather than heavy-duty drop protection.

Q: What condition is this item in?
A: According to the product information, this Hermès Leather AirPods Pro Case is in Very Good Condition. As a pre-owned luxury accessory, it may show light signs of previous use consistent with that grading.

Q: Does this item come with the original box, dust bag or other extras?
A: Please refer to the product information for what is included with this item. If an accessory is not listed there, it should not be assumed to be included.

Q: How should I care for the leather?
A: We recommend handling it gently and keeping it away from excess moisture, direct heat and prolonged sunlight. To freshen the surface, wipe it carefully with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning products, alcohol-based solutions and over-conditioning, as these may damage the leather finish.

Q: Is this item authentic?
A: Yes. All items sold by A Retro Tale are carefully checked for authenticity by their expert team before being offered for sale. If you would like additional reassurance before purchasing, customer service can usually provide further guidance based on the product information.
