Q: What are the measurements of this Louis Vuitton Epi NéoNoé MM?
A: This bag measures 25 cm wide, 25 cm high and 17 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 13 cm, and the adjustable strap measurement is 30 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Its dimensions make it a practical option for everyday essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys and a small cosmetics pouch. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you arrange them. Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this item.

Q: How can I carry this NéoNoé MM?
A: You can carry it by its top handle or use the adjustable strap for shoulder wear. The listed strap measurement is 30 cm; its maximum adjustment is not specified, so cross-body fit cannot be guaranteed.

Q: Is this bag made from leather or canvas?
A: This is the Epi leather version of the NéoNoé MM, rather than the Monogram canvas version. Epi leather has a distinctive embossed, textured surface. This particular bag is listed in navy.

Q: Does the bag have a zip closure?
A: The Epi NéoNoé MM has a drawstring opening rather than a fully zipped top. The model also features a central zipped pocket for organising smaller belongings. The drawstring does not seal the opening completely.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This item is in very good condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with very light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition details.

Q: Does it come with a dust bag, box or other accessories?
A: No additional accessories are included, as stated in the product information. A dust bag or box is therefore not included with this purchase.

Q: How should I care for the Epi leather?
A: Gently wipe surface dirt with a soft, light-coloured cloth. Avoid soap, solvents, abrasive surfaces, prolonged sunlight, heat and damp conditions. Keep cosmetics, perfume and hand sanitiser away from the leather. When not in use, store the bag in a suitable protective pouch, which is not included with this item.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: This particular bag is listed as made in France.
