Saint LaurentClassic Cassandre Chain Wallet

Q: What are the dimensions of this chain wallet?
A: This piece measures approximately 22 × 15 × 2 cm (width × height × depth). Its listed strap measurement is 49 cm. Use these measurements for this item rather than dimensions published for other Cassandre versions.

Q: What will fit inside?
A: It is suited to everyday essentials such as cards, notes, keys and a slim phone. Space is limited by its 2 cm depth, so a bulky case or overfilling may affect the shape and closure. Compare your phone’s dimensions with the measurements above before purchasing.

Q: Can it be worn on the shoulder or carried as a clutch?
A: It is a chain wallet intended for shoulder wear. Saint Laurent also describes the Classic Cassandre design as a clutch when its chain is detached, but check the product photographs if the chain attachment on this pre-owned piece is important to you.

Q: Does it have space to organise cards and cash?
A: Saint Laurent describes the Classic Cassandre chain wallet with card slots, main compartments and an interior zipped pocket. The arrangement of this individual piece has not been separately recorded, so please check the product photographs or ask for confirmation if you need a particular number of slots.

Q: What condition is this wallet in?
A: It is listed in Very Good condition. There is a minor mark on the back, minor marks inside and light scratches on the otherwise shiny hardware.

Q: What comes with it?
A: A dust bag is listed in the product information. A box and authenticity card are not listed as included.

Q: Where was it made?
A: The country-of-origin information for this piece states Italy.

Q: How should I care for it?
A: Keep it away from moisture, perfume, oils, abrasive surfaces and prolonged heat or sunlight. If it gets wet, gently blot it with a soft cloth rather than rubbing. Store it in its dust bag, lightly padded to help retain its shape. As the material of this individual piece is not specified, avoid applying leather treatments without confirming the material first.

Q: Has it been authenticated?
A: A Retro Tale states that its luxury accessories are reviewed by authentication experts and guarantees the authenticity of the items it sells.
