Q: What size is this Louis Vuitton Monogram Artsy MM Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 42 cm wide, 33 cm high and 19 cm deep, with a handle drop of about 10 cm. The MM is considered a roomy everyday size with a relaxed hobo silhouette.

Q: What typically fits inside the Artsy MM?
A: The Artsy MM is designed for daily essentials and more. It will generally suit items such as a long wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses case, small cosmetics pouch, notebook and other day-to-day necessities. As always, please use the Measurements on this page as the best guide to capacity.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder?
A: Yes. The Artsy MM is known for its single, sculpted shoulder handle and is intended to be carried comfortably on the shoulder. This specific bag does not include a separate shoulder strap or crossbody strap.

Q: Does this bag come with any accessories?
A: No. According to the product information, this item comes with no accessories. If a dust bag, box, lock or other extras are not listed in the product information, they are not included.

Q: What is the condition of this bag?
A: This piece is listed in Very Good Condition. The exterior and interior both show light traces of use, and the hardware is shiny with light scratches. Please review all product images carefully for the most accurate impression of wear.

Q: What does the code AR1100 mean?
A: Louis Vuitton used date codes on many earlier pieces rather than unique serial numbers. Based on the standard Louis Vuitton date-code format used in this era, AR1100 indicates production in France during the 10th week of 2010, which aligns with the country-of-origin information for this bag.

Q: How should I care for Monogram canvas and leather trim?
A: For Monogram coated canvas, gentle cleaning with a soft damp cloth is usually best. Avoid oils, perfumes, alcohol-based products, harsh cleaners and prolonged contact with rough surfaces. The natural leather trim should also be kept away from excess moisture, direct heat and strong sunlight to help preserve its appearance over time.

Q: How do you authenticate a Louis Vuitton Artsy MM?
A: Authentication should never rely on one detail alone. Experts typically assess the overall construction, materials, monogram alignment, stitching, hardware, interior details, date-code format and age consistency. At A Retro Tale, all items are carefully checked for authenticity before being offered for sale.
