Q: What does Chocolate Bar mean, and what colour is this bag?
A: Chocolate Bar refers to the grid-style quilting, which resembles the segments of a chocolate bar, rather than the colour. This Chanel Chocolate Bar Reissue 2.55 Multi-Pocket Single Flap Bag is black.

Q: Is this a single-flap or double-flap bag?
A: This item is listed as a single-flap version of the Chanel 2.55, rather than a double-flap model. It is the Multi-Pocket variant; please review the product photographs for its compartment layout.

Q: What are the dimensions of this bag?
A: The bag measures 30 cm wide, 22 cm high and 7 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 26 cm and the strap measurement is 48 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys and a small selection of cosmetics. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and the compartment layout. Avoid overfilling it or forcing the flap closed.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: This item is categorised as a shoulder bag. Its listed strap measurement is 48 cm, but the product data does not specify whether this is the full length or the drop. Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is graded Very Good Condition. The exterior leather has minor scratches, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware is shiny with light scratches. Please review the photographs alongside these condition notes.

Q: What type of leather is this bag made from?
A: The condition notes confirm a leather exterior, but the specific leather type is not stated. Lambskin, calfskin or another leather finish should not be assumed from the model name alone.

Q: Does this bag come with a box, dust bag or authenticity card?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed as included. Please confirm any additional items before purchasing if they are important to you.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country-of-origin information lists France.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Handle it gently and avoid overloading it to help preserve its shape. Keep it away from prolonged sunlight, heat and moisture, and use a soft cloth for gentle surface cleaning. Store it upright in a protective pouch, with the chain positioned so it does not press into the leather. As the leather type is unspecified, seek specialist advice before applying cleaning or conditioning products.
